Pangur Bán Polish is vegan, cruelty free, and 5 free. "5 free" means it is free from 5 of the main toxic chemicals often found in nail polish. These include Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde resin, Toluene, Dibutyl Phtgalate ( DBP), and Camphor.
Polishes are hand mixed in small batches, so slight color variation may occur.
Bottles are available In 5 milliliter and 10 milliliter sizes.
I named my brand after an Irish poem written in the 9th century by a monk about his cat, Pangur Bán. It was originally written in Gaelic, but here is the English translation by Robin Flower.

Hunting mice is his delight,
Hunting words I sit all night.
Better far than praise of men
‘Tis to sit with book and pen;
Pangur bears me no ill-will,
He too plies his simple skill. ‘Tis a merry task to see

Entertainment to our mind.
Oftentimes a mouse will stray
In the hero Pangur’s way;
Oftentimes my keen thought set

When a mouse darts from its den,
O how glad is Pangur then!
